Should I use creatine?
Hello everyone, Welcome to this blog where I will talk about my experience using creatine in the gym. I´ll let you know how this supplement affected my physique/strength, since many people do not know its effects correctly or still do not know whether to use this supplement or not.
Before going into its practical use, I would like to clarify 2 very common doubts.
-Is creatine a natural supplement?
Yes, creatine is an all-natural supplement that is naturally produced by the body in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas. It is also found in food of animal origin such as beef or dairy products.
-Will I develop fluid retention?
No, creatine does not produce fluid retention in general.
In fact, creatine hidrates muscle cells intracellularly, which is really positive.
